Browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your contact details and delivery destination, then confirm your order — payment is made in cash or via M-Pesa send-money at the point of delivery. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or WhatsApp with your Order ID.

Nimax Electronics does not publish a till or paybill number and does not currently accept card payments. We operate on a Pay-on-Delivery basis: cash or M-Pesa send-money at the point of delivery. Within Nairobi, full payment is due on delivery; upcountry orders require a small commitment fee upfront, and orders of Ksh 50,000 or more require a 50% deposit before dispatch.

Yes — Pay on Delivery is our standard payment model, not a special option. Within Nairobi, you pay in full (cash or M-Pesa) when the rider hands over your package. Upcountry, a small commitment/delivery fee is paid upfront, with the balance settled on delivery.

Nairobi orders are delivered within a 2-hour window via dedicated rider service. The standard delivery rate is Ksh 300 for small items; bulk or large items have their delivery cost recalculated based on size. Free delivery is only provided as a correction when we delivered a faulty or wrong item — it is not a standard promotion.

Yes — we deliver countrywide via courier partners G4S, Wells Fargo, Speedaf, and PSV parcel services: next-day delivery to major towns, 2 days to hardship/remote areas. Small items are charged at Ksh 300; larger items are cost-calculated based on your location and the courier.

Yes. All stock sold by Nimax Electronics is brand new (plus vetted Ex-UK/Ex-US refurbished phones, clearly identified as such), and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against counterfeit or cloned tech. Nimax Electronics is not an authorized retailer or partner of any brand — we sell genuine stock on our own terms, not under a manufacturer authorization or partnership arrangement.

Dial *#06# on the phone's keypad to retrieve its 15-digit IMEI number, then send it by SMS to 1555 (free). The Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK) will reply confirming the phone's brand, model, and registration status on Kenyan mobile networks.

Smartphones: 1 year, software only — this does not cover hardware faults (screen, camera, motherboard) beyond the same-day DOA reporting window. Smartwatches, audio, chargers, power banks, cables, and other accessories: a 1-week post-delivery testing window with 1-to-1 replacement, depending on the extent of the fault. See our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy for full exclusions.

Notify us the same day you receive it — via WhatsApp/call to +254798880065 or email sales@nimax.co.ke, with your order number and a photo/video of the issue. We will confirm the fault and arrange an exchange (we reserve the right to repair rather than replace outright). If the fault was ours, the return/replacement delivery is free. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for non-defective goods.

Nimax Electronics is online only, with nationwide courier delivery — there is no physical shop to visit. Reach us by email at sales@nimax.co.ke or by phone/WhatsApp at +254798880065, Monday–Saturday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Public Holidays 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.
